Automated Bank Debit Service- Use this form to have your water bill automatically deducted from your checking account on the due date. You may download and complete this form and mail to the Town to enroll in the "Utility Bill Pay" program.

Business License- A PDF document that can be downloaded and printed from your computer. Use this form to renew or apply for a new Town Business, Professional, Trade or Occupational License (BPOL).

Meals Tax Return- A PDF document that can be downloaded and printed from your computer. Use this form to file and pay the Town’s 4% meals and/or transient tax.

Registration to Collect Meals Tax- A PDF document that can be downloaded and printed from your computer. Use this form to register to collect the Town’s 4% meals and/or transient tax.

Town of Warrenton Employment Application- A PDF form that can be downloaded and printed. You may mail or fax the application to Attn: Human Resources.

Vehicle Decal Application- A PDF file that can be downloaded and printed from your computer. This form should be used when registering a vehicle with the Town for the first time. If you are purchasing a decal for a vehicle that you have already registered with the Town, please click here to renew online.

Water and Sewer Services- You may download and complete this form to apply for a water and/or sewer connection permit. This form is to be used for new or existing construction.

Workers Compensation Commission- A PDF document that can be downloaded and printed from your computer. This form is required for new or renewal business licenses for all contractors.

Zoning Permit Application- A PDF document that can be downloaded and printed from your computer. This form must be filed with the Town Planning & Zoning Department. A $25.00 fee applies. A Zoning Permit must be issued before a business license can be issued.
