To have water/sewer service turned on - Contact the Town office at 540-347-2678 or complete the online form . Be prepared to provide the following;
- The minimum utility deposit for all residential renters is $50.00.
- All new accounts are charged a one-time nonrefundable transfer fee of $20.00.
- House number and street name of property to receive service.
- Billing address if different from service address.
- Your name, social security number, employer name, employer address and phone.
- Phone number - (Technicians may need to enter building.)
To have water/sewer service transferred from one customer to another - Contact the Town office at 540-347-2678 or complete the online form . Be prepared to provide the following;
- A transfer fee of $20.00 is charged to transfer water/sewer service from one customer to another or to open a new utility account..
Unusually High or Low Water/Sewer Bill ? - You may unknowingly have a leak in your plumbing system that is not obvious, such as an underground leak or a toilet leak. If you think your water/sewer bill is lower than it should be, contact the Town office at (540) 347-2678.
